Rythora Listen Terms of Service

Product: Rythora Listen Effective date: October 7, 2026 Contact: support@rythora.com

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rythora Listen, including free and Premium listening, community features, Listening Rooms, gifts, ratings, library tools, and related websites and apps (collectively, “Listen”). By creating an account, streaming, purchasing Premium or virtual items, or otherwise using Listen, you agree to these Terms.

Rythora is a music technology platform operated by Invero Inc. References to “Rythora,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to Invero Inc. in its operation of the Rythora platform, unless otherwise stated.

Listen is distinct from Rythora Distribution and Rythora Artist. Those products have separate terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use Listen only with parent or guardian consent where required. You are responsible for your account, devices, and for keeping login details confidential. Provide accurate profile information and do not impersonate others.

We may offer guest or limited playback experiences. Certain features (skipping, scrubbing, Premium benefits, community posting, gifts) may require an account and may be limited for free or non-Premium users.

2. The service

Listen lets you stream music and related media made available by rightsholders through Rythora, discover playlists and genres, follow artists, participate in community surfaces, join or host Listening Rooms where enabled, and purchase Premium or virtual items such as Notes and gifts where offered.

Catalog availability, sound quality, device support, and features may vary by territory, plan, and device. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming or that any particular title will remain available.

3. License to you

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream Listen content for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform outside authorized Listen features, reverse engineer client software, bypass technical protections, or use bots to scrape or inflate plays.

Unauthorized recording, downloading (except where an explicit download feature is provided), or commercial use of Listen content is prohibited.

4. Premium subscriptions and virtual items

Premium and other paid offerings are billed as described at purchase (including intro offers, trials, and renewals). Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel through your account or the applicable app store / billing provider before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Notes, gifts, and similar virtual items have no cash value outside Listen, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may be modified or retired. Gift animations and celebrations are entertainment features; they do not transfer ownership of music rights.

Taxes may apply. Card and subscription charges are typically processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe under their own terms. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension.

5. Free-tier limits

Free or non-Premium listening may include advertising, playback gates, limited skips, disabled scrubbing, injected discovery tracks, surveys, or other restrictions. Premium removes or reduces those limits as described in-product. Limits may change.

6. User content and community

If you post comments, profiles, messages, Moments, ratings, or other materials (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Rythora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute User Content in connection with operating and promoting Listen.

You must not post illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative (including involving minors), spam, or deceptive content. We may remove User Content and restrict accounts at our discretion.

7. Listening Rooms and live features

Room hosts and participants must follow room rules and applicable law. Hosts are responsible for the content they put on and for moderating their rooms within our tools. We may end rooms, remove content, or suspend users for abuse, fraud, or rights issues. Sync and host privileges may differ from ordinary free-tier controls.

8. Rights and complaints

Music on Listen is licensed from artists, labels, and distributors (including via Rythora Distribution). If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@rythora.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate. We may remove content and act on repeat infringement as appropriate.

9. Acceptable use

You may not: manipulate charts or play counts; abuse gifts or promotions; harass artists or listeners; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with streaming infrastructure; or use Listen to distribute malware or scrape personal data.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at rythora.com/privacy and in-product notices. By using Listen you consent to processing needed to provide the service, including playback telemetry used for royalties and product quality.

11. Disclaimers

LISTEN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYTHORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Streaming quality and availability depend on your network and device.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYTHORA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF LISTEN WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO RYTHORA FOR LISTEN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

13. Termination

You may delete or stop using your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Surviving sections include licenses already granted for operating the service during your use, warranties, indemnity where applicable, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date and may communicate material changes in-product or by email. Where we ask you to review and accept updated Terms in-product, you must accept before continuing to use Listen. Otherwise, continued use after changes means you accept them. Feature-specific terms (for example Premium checkout acknowledgments) may apply in addition.
