Rythora Artist Terms of Service
Product: Rythora Artist Effective date: October 7, 2026 Contact: support@rythora.com
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rythora Artist, including artist profile claiming, artist dashboards, audience and community tools, earnings views tied to Listen activity where available, gifts/amplify modules, Listening Room artist tools, Silent Motion management, and related features (collectively, “Artist”). By claiming a profile, signing in on artist.rythora.com, or using Artist tools, you agree to these Terms.
Rythora is a music technology platform operated by Invero Inc. References to “Rythora,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to Invero Inc. in its operation of the Rythora platform, unless otherwise stated.
Artist is distinct from Rythora Distribution and Rythora Listen. Distribution governs DSP delivery of recordings. Listen governs fan streaming. These Artist Terms cover the artist-facing product surface.
1. Eligibility and claiming
Artist access generally requires a connection to a Rythora artist identity—such as an artist associated with catalog distributed through Rythora or an invited/claimable profile. Claiming is not an open registration for arbitrary names. You represent that you are the artist, an authorized representative, or otherwise have rights to manage the claimed profile.
We may require verification, reject claims, merge duplicates, or transfer profiles when rights or fraud issues arise. Impersonation is prohibited.
2. Relationship to Distribution and Listen
- Distribution (Workstation) remains the product for uploading masters, submitting to DSPs, and distribution account compliance. Using Artist does not replace Distribution onboarding, agreements, or rights certifications.
- Listen remains the consumer streaming product. Fan-facing playback, Premium, and community rules are governed by the Listen Terms, even when activity appears in Artist dashboards.
If you use multiple Rythora products, each product’s terms apply to that product. In a conflict about DSP delivery, Distribution terms control; about fan streaming, Listen terms control; about Artist profile tools, these Terms control.
3. Profile and content you manage
You may manage artist images, bios, links, and other profile materials (“Artist Materials”). You retain ownership of Artist Materials you provide, and you grant Rythora a license to host, display, and use them to operate and promote Artist and related Rythora surfaces (including Listen artist pages).
You represent that Artist Materials are accurate, that you have rights to use likenesses and trademarks depicted, and that materials are not unlawful or infringing.
4. Catalog display and career tools
Artist may show catalog, stats, audience insights, gifts, rooms, and other modules based on available data. Metrics can be delayed, estimated, or incomplete. Tools are provided for convenience and do not replace formal royalty statements from Distribution where those apply.
Feature availability depends on your claim status, catalog status, and product entitlements.
5. Fan engagement, gifts, and monetization surfaces
Where enabled, Artist may display Listen gifts, fan activity, or monetization-related summaries. Virtual items and fan payments on Listen are governed by Listen Terms and applicable payment provider terms. Artist tools do not guarantee income, ranking, or promotional placement.
6. Silent Motion and audiovisual features
If you upload or approve motion visuals, lyrics, or similar assets, additional rights versions or checkboxes may apply (for example motion rights terms). Those feature terms supplement these Terms. You must hold all rights needed for audiovisual use on Listen and Artist surfaces.
7. Team access
If you invite managers or collaborators, you are responsible for their actions under your artist profile. Revoke access when relationships end. Rythora is not responsible for disputes between team members.
8. Acceptable use
You may not: claim profiles you do not control; manipulate engagement metrics; abuse messaging or community tools; scrape fan data; or use Artist to infringe rights or violate law.
9. Suspension and disputes
We may suspend Artist access for fraud, rights conflicts, linked Distribution account restrictions, or breach of these Terms. Competing claims to the same artist identity may result in freezes until resolved.
10. Disclaimers
ARTIST IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYTHORA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Insights and modules may change or be unavailable.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYTHORA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR OPPORTUNITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ARTIST WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID SPECIFICALLY FOR ARTIST PRODUCT ACCESS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
12. Termination
You may stop using Artist or request claim release subject to our verification processes. We may terminate access for breach or risk. Survival includes licenses needed for previously published materials still shown on Rythora surfaces until removed, plus warranty and liability terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date and may communicate material changes in-product or by email. Where we ask you to review and accept updated Terms in-product, you must accept before continuing to use Artist. Otherwise, continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at rythora.com/privacy.
